Uh Oh! I'm behind....

Where do I start? I guess by saying sorry this update is behind. I will try to do better but goodness me I have been busy. Taylor has not had another doctor appointment since her 6 months one. We go September 1 for her 9 months check up. I just cant believe at the end of this month she is going to be 9 months old. She is growing up so fast. Since my last blog she has learned so many new things, so sit back and let me tell you everything.

Taylor still loves to jump in her jumpy thing. Sometimes she jumps so high that it looks like she will jump right out. She has learned to hold on to the toys on it to help her be in more control. She is sitting up very well and pulling up all the time. She started crawling the day after she turned 7 months. She pushes with one leg and drags the other. Grin and Pop bought her a walker and I promise when she got it she could not touch the ground and a week later she could. At first she just sat there, then she would push backwards and now she will walk everywhere in it. She also has this toy that she can hold on to and push, which helps her walk. She does great with it. It converts to something she can sit on and ride around on. Taylor's favorite toy is her stuff bunny. She takes one of the ears and holds it under her two fingers she sucks. If you show her the bunny she smiles from ear to ear. She is also becoming very fond of her blanket. She sleeps with her blanket and she can have it during her diaper change in the morning but then it goes back in the bed. The other day for the first time she got mad because I took it from her.

Taylor is very talkative. She says mama, dada, and I have heard the "b" sound a few times. Other than that it is just a bunch of baby talk. She likes to be loud sometimes. We were in Khol's not to long ago and she talked very loudly the entire time. It was very funny. I wish I knew what she was saying. Taylor is eating all kinds of baby food. She does this very well. It started out so so good but with all the practice she is great. Her favorite is mac & cheese. She also likes mixed veggies, squash, and carrots alot. She still does not like green beans or sweet peas. I still feed her them every once and a while though. Taylor is also eating little puffs, and yogurt bites. I thought she was choking a couple of times but they melted down and she was fine. Now she has learned to use her gums and chew them up. Oh yeah, she likes bread. She must get that from me. Her butt will probably be big. (haha) Taylor prefers water over juice which is fine with me and Clay. She has not learned to use a sippy cup just yet, she just chews on it. So I do give her water out of a cup and through a straw. She has to get it somehow. Hopefully soon she will learn the sippy cup thing.

Taylor loves to swing. We will have to get a swing set pretty soon. She loves loves loves the water. We have been in the pool almost all summer it seems. It has been so hot so you really cant play outside unless you are in the pool. I'm so glad she likes the water. I know her daddy will be taking her fishing and we don't need her scared of the water. Taylor also loves to go for walks. She loves to be in her stroller. I got her an umbrella stroller at a garage sale for $3. I was so happy. Anyway, she loves it and it is so much easier than the big one. If we go walking for exercise we use the big one. I really wish I had a jogging stroller though. I looked for one a some garage sales but no one had one. Oh well one day.

Our little Tay bug started school (daycare) this past Monday. I got sick to my stomach when I pulled in the parking lot. Then I dropped her off and yes I cried a little. The second and third day I was great. Her teacher Ms. Stephanie said she was great. She did not cry any, she ate all her lunch and snack, and she laid down for her nap and slept for and hour and a half. It was so nice to hear that Taylor did so well. I was also told if all her babies were as good as her on the first day she would have it made. That's a huge compliment considering I have really tried to keep her on a schedule and not have her used to be held all the time. I guess it has paid off. It is such a blessing that her daycare had a spot for her. The Lord is so good. I really think she enjoys being around all the other children. I know it will help with all her social skills. She actually has been doing a lot better with people she does not see all the time. She will let them hold her. At least for a little while and then she is ready to get down and play.

Well pray for us we move this weekend and I start student teaching on Monday. I have kindergarten. At first I was not to excited but I am real excited now. I cant wait. I am also ready for it to be over because I graduate on December 18th. Woo Hoo. Anyway, that's all for now. I hope I got everything if not of course I will add it later. Oh, I almost forgot, Tay gives kisses now. So so so so sweet.
I really did but captions by the pictures so I'm sorry if you cant see them.
